3. What does your ideal day at office look like?
I believe in starting my day early, eating and leaving on time. I spend my first 30 minutes in organising my tasks as per their importance / urgency and making the old school ‘ToDo List’. This way, I am always sorted. Next 30 – 45 minutes go into meeting with team members for any guidance / clarity that they may require and also any task evaluation to be done. Rest of the first half is spent into touching base with business heads / HoDs for strategic meetings. Post lunch, the entire focus shifts to finishing the jobs at hand and reviewing the creatives etc. Last but not the least, I end my work day with a nice cup of coffee which striking off the tasks on my list which is very satisfactory. This way I make mental notes for the next day or any calls that I need to make while driving back home (I use Car’s BT so no violation of traffic rules here).
